    1/16 Slash vs VXL Slash

    Hey

In the market for a Slash but was wondering what's the difference between the brushed and VXL? I know the VXL has a brushless setup but is that the only difference? Can you just throw in a brushless motor/ESC? Are the radio frequencies the same or is it 27 vs 2.4?

I think the radio will be 2.4 just make sure before you buy it and yes you can buy a brushless and esc but the VXL is a nice system because its waterproofed im pretty sure

Thanks. I was thinking of getting the brushed and getting the brushless motor/ESC later but I think I'd rather go with 2.4. So much for saving $!
