I've been watching Medic vids on you tube for almost 2 years now and just finally figured out the RCsparks aspect of it. Ooops!
I am from central Maine, US. I currently have 2 scx10's. After trading and playing around and going through nitro trucks, sct's, and crawlers, Ive decided I like the scx10s the best. You can run them anywhere, over a variety of terrain.
I made a vid last summer with cell phone video, that was kinda lame. Then I made one in HD on a Flip, and I think it came out fairly well. It shows off the 2.2 super swapers on the scx10. It's on youtube under madfalcon28. I enjoy akig the videos as well watching others.
My boy and I have been working on out little terrain area all spring and I can't wait to get out there with the second truck and make vids.

I'm from Surrey in the England and used to race 1/10th RC back in the days 'BC' (before commitments!). That was years ago, but I still have my Schumacher CAT 2000 running and strayed into 1/8th with an HPI Savage .25 a while back. But as I'm slowing down a bit, the calm fun of crawling is appealing and RC Adventures has me hooked - Just ordered a Axial SCX10 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, which lands in the UK some time mid-June, so I will probably be posting some on the forum after that, asking some daft questions.

I feel kinda silly being nearly middle aged and getting excited about scale gas cans, shovels and all that, but hey! Now I must go, as I need to try to measure the shackles on some shots of real Jeep Wranglers to work out what size RC4WD King Kong hook to go for. Oh and 0.5mm or 1mm winch cable? Doh! Medic, what have you done to me :)

I've already had to patch and reinforce my body for two reasons, wrecking and my dog loves to chase the heck out of my RC truck until he catches it and crunches on it.
I have plans to perhaps upgrade the motor its currently using the Velenion VXL system, if not I want to get myself a Slash roller chassis and build me a Larger sized Drift Car and run the Hobby king Turnigy 2100kv motor and 160 A esc combo... I've been doing a lot of reading. I am probably a tad bit more on the basher side of things basically because I have not track and I love to jump my Slash over the hill behind my house. :)

I am new to the forum but have been enjoying the RC hobby for a few years now. I started out with Heli's which I enjoy to fly. I have a Blade MCPX, Blade Nano CP, Blade 450 3D and a Blade 450X. I recently started to explore other aspects of the hobby. Through watching the FliteTest videos, I made my own Nutball with their swappable series which is fun to fly. More recently I got the Swamp Dawg rc boat from hobbyking from my wife for christmas which I have taken out a few times. In the early part of this year, my older brother gave me a chassis for an old 1980's nitro rc which I got running. It was pretty fun so I decided to get something electric. I got a Stampede VXL 2wd, upgraded quite a few aspects of it to make it usable and have been enjoying that. Very fast but zipping around at 40 mph is only enjoyable for so long. Not knowing where there are any parks with jumps or anything, using the stampede is only so fun for so long. On youtube, I saw several videos on the Axial Honcho, after seeing them, I went out and got one. I probably enjoy the Honcho more then the stampede but I wanted to also reach out and see if there are any scalers in Waukesha, WI and where do you go? I have found one or two spots, but I really want to take the Honcho to its limits. I havent really had the opportunity to do that yet.

I hope that I will be able to connect with some of you to enjoy aspects of the hobby.

I have been into R.C. on and off For most of my life. I live in Leamington spa, England and have managed to live to the ripe old age of 33, lol. After spending about 17 years of complete hedonistic life style putting on raves aka freepartys, i decided i need a hobby that didn't kill as many brain cells as possible every time i wanted to have fun. I've only been back on the R.C. seen for a cupple of years and am loving the incredible advances in the technology. My current rides are, my HPI Bullet (lots of option parts), a Carson CR-4 BMW M3, a losi mini-t (brushless on 3S) an Ansman royal flash, and a Hobao hyper 7 (that i plan 2 convert to brushless ASAP!)

Greetings and salutations. I'm glad I finally found my way here. I haven't been into RC since I was a kid, and kinda forgot about it. I must admit it was Medic's "hey watch me learn how to drift like a noob!" vids combined with his "hey take your bad attitude elsewhere, we're having fun here!" outlook that made rc look fun again. I really dislike the better-than-thou mindset that seems to thrive on the 'net, so it's nice to find a place that tries to keep things fun rather than bickering over nonsense. Cos if you're having fun, you can't be doing THAT much wrong :)

Anywho, right now I have an HPI Sprint 2 Sport, and a Walkera Ladybird V2 quad. Both heaps of fun. Enough words. On to pix!

Whats everyone...this is pretty kool thing going on here...a little rc community....awsumness....well, what got me into rcing was seeing a traxxas commercial, saved some money up and bought myself a Revo 3.3 and i love it. No big mods to it just normal wear and tear and have replaced a few little things but nothing major. but the only real mod to it is a new body ive been working on, GMC TopKick and when its all done,its gonna look freackinig sweet....which ill post pics to...My 2nd rc truck is a Losi Ten SCTE 4x4. just got it a few days ago and it looks nice, cant wait to get it on the truck and start racing it. The second reason is because of the car, the Ford Crown Victoria is one of my dream cars, BUT it will HAVE to be the P71 Police Interceptor, and here I'll prove my knowledge I stated before, the P71 is the Ford manufactured Police specific fleet, and that the P71 is part of the Chassis no. (VIN) P72 is the civilian model, and also over 80% of taxi's in NYC are ex police vehicles that have the badge and the ECU changed to suit the needs for taxi service.

Anyway back to why I am here.

I currently own a HoBao Pirate MT Sport, 4WD which originally had a hyper .21 engine, well the pull start went one day and I smacked myself in the face when it broke and so I decided to get a whole new engine, I now have a .28 motor that produces about 3.75hp from a 4.57cc engine on Nitro fuel, the damn thing did backflips with the original engine and god knows what will happen now once the engine if fully broken in and have a proper .28 suited exhaust for it, currently I need to get a new spur gear as it was ripped to shreds after running the new engine for about an hour total, I'll add photos of it currently, but this rc car isn't actually sold in the UK, or so I'm told by my local RC shop, so I am actually happy that it is rare because it means more to me.
