    Suburban work shop.

This is not a " how I build" thread but a "how I pimp" one. Got this cool Burban from a talented bike builder, after finishing and some testing in his garden she ended up on his attic collecting dust. But fortunately I got her for a fair price and sinds then she became a tough and mean Burban. Following pictures to show her story line and updates. Enjoy.

This is a sick build. None of the rust looks fabricated and looks like this was pulled from the yard. Should get some outdoor pics with this sitting low with the camera to get some pics that would make people think twice about this being an rc. Subscribed!!!

Finally got my 1.9 mud thrasher and stamped beadlock, try fit them but was not satisfied, it didn't show that rough rider look so I went for my good old Proline Flat Iron 1.9 and they seem to look pretty beef up. See for yourself.

Well, got some spare time to fab new brass addons for my burban, found my last facelift attempt a bit over the top so now returned to something subtle, stay true to the burban look.

With the hilux bumper gone it's a little bit plain:

With the new add on giving it more massive look:

Man that thing is soooooooooooooo (intake of breath) oooooooooooooooooooo scale. I've seen a lot of great rigs but I think is now my all time favourite.

You are a lucky man to own this, if you ever feel like parting with it please let me know ;-)

As I was reading down the thread and you had added the jeep flares, I wasn't sure about it but clearly you've seen the light looks 100% realistic. Awesome!

Thanks Ukbill. Regarding to the flares, I might have seen the lights but that's way too bright m8 hahaha. I've taken them off, it was a nice experiment but lak some X factor.... If u know what I mean.

X factor yes, you should go on Britain's got talent too, lots of Dutch guys on there these days lol.

You should get the over night ferry to Hull and give it an airing at UK scale nationals at the end of May.

Amazing. I can't think of any other words then amazing. It makes me miss my old 87 Suburban. That truck was a workhorse. But yeah, outstanding work.
