In the process of collecting parts haven't got much put together yet but here is one pic for some progress. This is going to be a trophy truck build with a lot of scale appeal, speed built in, and a lot of travel

Here is a parts list of upgrades and what I am using for the build

    Electronics

    -ESC
    -Futaba 2.4 RX
-Castle Creations 4 Pole 4600kv Brushless Motor
    -Hi Tech 645 Servo
    -8ch light system

    Parts

    -Exo chassis
    -Exo cage
    -Exo Steering linkage
    -Exo front diff
    -Exo front suspension arms
    -Exo steering hubs
    -Exo c hubs
    -Wraith Aluminum Front Shocks
    -Wraith Skid Transmission Plate
    -Wraith rear axle
    -Wraith upper links
-Integy Red Aluminum straight axle adapters

I won't go with a hardbody design on this, and I am keeping down on the weight unlike my wraith build! I have always wanted a more scale trophy truck and waiting for a company to release one seems like it will never happen. The build is one of the best parts of this hobby so guess I will make this myself.

Been busy with real life but got some time to build tonight. I haven't attached the two parts together yet or cut the exo chassis either. Waiting on the front cvd's and a rear upper link mount. Got another list of parts on the way. Here are some picks of what I finished tonight.

Thanks for the kuddos guys. I am being sidetracked from this build with my SC8.2e build right now but I will get back to this. Right now the mountains are filled with snow and snowboarding calls my name away from the time I could be building. But hey at least I am enjoying my time either way I go.

Finally got some work in on the cage tonight. Chopped it up but not attached yet. I will be drilling a hole in the center of each tube to insert a pin and then have that with an outer aluminum tube, all sandwiched together with some jb weld. Need it to be nice and strong as this is to be a faster vehicle.

It's been a while since I have worked on this build but I busted it off the shelf tonight. I still have the Wraith/Exo cage and need to do work on it but I had enough parts to put this together also. I havent seen anything out there for a solid rear axle exo and really like the idea. Here are some pics and tell me what you think

What length are they? Are they rear ones? Looking for more travel on the front of my exo.

They are the 90mm ones. I had 100mm shocks on at the beginning of the build but they didn't compress properly. These are also on the rpm front arms.

Ah okay. I will be putting on the rpm arms on mine here shortly. Thanks for the info. One more question. What are you using for the window netting and where did you get it?
