Well my friends.. it was a beautiful day of RC’ing today.. and the RCSparks studio headed down to the Tsuu T’ina Nation / Calgary RC Fliers RC Field. What a great show was put on.. as some AMAZING Heli’s sliced their way through the crisp winter air. All types of performance Heli’s took to the sky in turn and showed the jaw-dropped crowd – a stunning performance of skill and agility. Read more below…

Simply Stunning is what i will start out by saying .. Raptors, TRex’s, Furions and more.. STELLAR! Pilots of these spinning death-machines have nerves of steel. In the right hands.. these rotating beauties are a sight to be seen. Words, nay – pictures – have very little impact in comparison to seeing these birds take flight in person. Electric, Gasoline, and Nitro powered choppers took flight on the First Nations designated flying land today to put on a display for a growing audience.

Pilots from across Calgary Alberta – Canada – put on their best and braved the cold weather, brisk winds and blowing snow to fire up their powerful beasts. Many of them soared across the sky at ridiculous speeds (Im talking to you RobscoRC)… and others executed perfect 3D flight tricks while bystanders stared with delight. Just like any great RC day.. the event was packed with action.. and even a few mishaps.. Would anyone like to Hazard a guess at who’s Heli Went down? Isn’t this pic EPIC?!

Well.. the whole time I was attending this event.. I was filming. This means PLENTY of really cool Heli footage is coming to RC ADVENTURES and the Sparks Studio website.
