Yes my friends.. its a great feeling when you can find a wide open construction site.. that has a “natural” track built in. All the construction rigs have been driving around in circles over the last month.. and now there is a temporary 5th Scale Track. .Baha! So I took advantage of it today.. and headed down. I got permission from the contract holders to RC there while the guys were working! So – OF COURSE I had to offer the controls to the BOSS! Haha.. They were great guys.. fascinated with the BEAST Machine. Little did they know.. I had a very rich mixture of Oil and Gas.. and the TRUE potential of this rig.. There will be more Days like this, Im sure!

We were off to go meet some friends and head out onto the Desert-like terrain of Drumheller Alberta, Canada. This place isn’t far from our city of Calgary, about 1 1/2 hours drive. Meeting with our friends.. we packed up the trucks.. and headed for the hills! A Special thank you goes out to The Dave’s, Sandra and the family! Wow.. What a Special time we live in right now. With all of the worlds current technology we are able to upload and share the above video across the globe. SUPER COOL! This years “JiMBOREE” was an all out AMAZING and F.U.N. time! Notice I used all Caps-lock on the word Fun? Because it was THAT GOOD. The generous Shilson family put on this major, but private event for the Calgary Crawlers RC Group here in Canada. As Always, the RCSparks Studio was there to get some classic footage for you! Being the 3rd year in a ROW that these folks have put on such an amazing shindig, it was EASY to capture the essence of the Jamboree. I call it a “JiMBOREE”.. as its hosted at our good friend “Viper Jims” house.. Haha! Well.. a mixture of Good Food, Great Hosting, and EPiC RC.. From all of us at the RCSparks Studio, the Calgary Crawlers RC Club, and the Online Community audience – WE SALUTE YOU JIM! Enjoy the video :~)

WOW! SO SUPER COOL – and THANK YOU my friends! Our Journey down to the Californian coastline was simply magical. Unlike anything I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I was able to pay for extra baggage at the Calgary Canada Airport – and fly down a couple of 1/10th Scale RC Trucks – Both my Wife, and mine. Having met up with a good friend of ours in California – just outside of Los Angeles – he took us to the spot you see in the video. Simply Stunning. We filmed for about 1 1/2 hours .. watching the water of the ocean – shooting scenes over and over – just to get the right “raw” feeling to the production – like a couple of Teenagers.. flirting on the beach.. it was a ton of fun! Well – after all was said and done.. the video was edited and posted. I am now honoured to say it was viewed almost 50,000 times in the first month of release. SO SUPER COOL. That means 50,000 smiles.. and 50,000 imaginations were able to be whisked away on a fantastic RC ADVENTURE. Thank YOU my friends.. what a great way to show the world how cool RC can be!
