Still using the DX5E but waiting for a new body here in the UK they say late January before we get them here was attacked by a bird. Not got it mastered yet but am having great fun.
Have done the prop conversion from cncsmallparts find it gives a lot more confidence in flight ok well have a good Christmas and a happy new year. From Tappit

Ya it's been good overall. I switched up from the Dx5e to the Dx6i. Seems better and I get an off for the props. I've been spending some time setting it up with my FPV system. Got to take it out for my first attempt at FPV flight. I'm 1 for 1...1 successful flight...1 unsuccessful landing...lol... broke 1 extended leg at the body and the antenna off the transmitter. Good news is that new parts are on the way...attached to a ??? Cheers!

I've been in the machining and manufacturing industry for about 35 years now. I have owned a CNC machining and manufacturing shop for over 10 years and it IS my life. We have made parts for just about every industry out there. Although I don't have any degrees (other than the "school of hard knocks") my passion is to design and engineer whatever comes to mind.
