What is the best connectors for high power rc to get max voltage? Drop your opinions below thanks
The most common are the deans plugs.
I use the traxxas connectors they work great but I've heard the deans are good too
Dean's not just because it is my name, but because it's the brand I use on all our RC's
I use traxxas plugs. But now I wish I could back in time and use deans. Cause if ur ever out with lots of ppl most likely if u need to borrow a battery it's gunna be deans. I'd swap now but I have way way way! Too many things to resolder.
So I'd say go deans
I have a Ec3 connectors and tginking to switch to tge best just in case
I like xt60 connectors
Hands down deans connectors.
Since most of you guys use deans ill be using it soon
I like traxxas
For most of my stuff I use Deans, but since they're only rated to 50 amps continuous and 70 amps burst (and often I push more than that through them) I use EC5's for my high powered stuff as they're rated for 120 amps continuous.
So for trail trucks and such I use Deans, 1/4 scale biplanes and large helis I use EC5s.
Deans all the way for me
Does anyone know what is the rated amps of a Ec3 connectors?
Official page says 60 amps continuous.
