I am thinking of doing a custom metal body for my dually Scx10 build and I am wondering if any one else has done this and how they went about doing it. I want to make an older square body style dually body.

You can give it a try with aluminum baking sheets (the type you throw away after use) .. they're relatively cheap, can be gotten hold of easily, and thin enough to form over a blank.

You should also be able to find some thin metal at a metal supply store near you (or ebay)... the thickness commonly used is 0.005", and Shoe Goo is great for binding different parts together.
