Alright so I have decided to redo HEAVY DUTY OVERKILL's rebuild thread. As the old one well I could have done better sooooo here is the new thread!!!!! Here is what went on in the last thread if you did not see: First sat it down, looked it over, found the problems to be addressed, and planed Striped the truck down then made a new frame, This one sit at Exactly at 2 feet!!?!?! It is only bolted in this picture. (Original Extended frame by Rubeboyz RC bottom) And welded/sanded/cleaned up, Original Extended frame by Rubeboyz RC top. It is a very nice frame but had to be extended again so for the strength made an all new one. Now I have a 2 foot long frame now what? Well frames usually have axles mounted under them sooooo three full days of work later..... have the front axle mounted, Center "through" (outputs on both sides) made/mounted & Rear axle flipped (as the rear out put on the Center axle spins in reverse ) Also new mounting brackets made then mounted it. Here is a picture of the center and rear axle. Front is a simple a 4 link set up. Oh by the way all three axles steer Shocks = x6 Gmade 103mm piggy backs Front body mount and Duel battery mount. The batteries are up high BUT the COG (center of gravity) is still great can get 6 inches of articulation before it wants to tip!! Before I go and post update 6 I better put an important link in here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEpCLFlms78 Hope you like the new thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is a wild build dude. I can see amazing things for you in the future. How long has it takin to get to this point?
Starting to be able to see what this thing might look like and I have a feeling it's gonna end up being even sweeter than anyone can imagine
Thanks every one!!! Well to this point hmmm idk sooo mannnnyyyy hoursssss but if I were to guess 40hours? that would be very close I think. How much longer? Well No clue :x_x: But I am hoping not too long as Aaron is more than likely missing this rig I know I would be!!! but I will take as much time as I need to get it done good and right!!

That beast is coming along great, can't wait to see it run the course in your back yard. You should work with Medic to do the first run video at your house as your course has is what started most of our following of RC Sparks.... Let me say that you and your Dad are awesome craftsmen, you do awesome work and you may not know it yet but these memories you are making while building this awesome truck will someday be some of your favorite ones... Can not wait to see the finished product. :enjoyingmahplaylist
There are no electronics in the truck right now so I don't have it set up yet but will show when I do
