I'm quadriplegic and have no hand function so I purchased my controller to play games. I'm wondering if there's a device that can transmit the signal to run the vehicle.

Welcome to the forums! No idea on how to do it, sorry. I would try approaching a local electrical engineer or electronics guru.

I think it could be done. I know you can convert gaming steering wheel to RC. So it depend on how your gaming controller now works. I went to electronics school and think it could be done. I'd be willing to try and help. Where there's a will there's a way. I've seen some crazy stuff for done for people in your shoes. On Jay Leno's Garage a guy has an insane Corvette that he drives by himself and he's quadriplegic. Let me know and if I can help I will.
