Short Course track in 5 easy steps!
Step 1 Have a back yard.
Step 2 Argue about it with partner or parents.
Step 3 Win the arguement.(not crucial - you can skip step 3 if you are a hard worker and the other parties are away on vacation or a long weekend)
Step 4 Huge amounts of digging & shoveling!
Step 5 "Just add water" and presto - Sweet track!
Luckily for me my fiancee moved into "my" house and we discussed it before i built it. It went something like this.
I'm gunna build a track in the back yard.
No your not!! Don't be riddiculous!
    Yes I am.
And I think we all know who won that arguement! LOL.
Actually, nearly all the area where the track is built was unable to grow grass due to 5 trees along the fenceline with huge exposed roots and huge amounts of leaves and branches strewn around them. I cut down and removed the trees, then dug out a crazy amount of tree roots all by myself over a couple of months. Then I was faced with a very tough decision. Do I level the ground and grow grass or do I build a track? Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha! Yeah . . . real tough decision! So I still have the same amount of lawn to mow, but now it has a nice neat edge. I think the yard looks much neater! Let me know what you think guys. Who else has a track or crawling area, ect?

Thanks mate. Actually I built it about 18 months ago, so now it's just a bit of regular mantainence. Weed killer every once in a while and raking it back into shape after use or heavy rain.

Nice track dude. If I ever get this stinking ankle monitor off I'll start on my own track. My father already has a tractor and a bobcat that I can use!!!:D

A Bobcat!!!! . . . I'm so jealous, the possibilities? Dude, do me a favour? You gotta use that bobcat to build the jump I always wanted - A scale replica of the huge jump(the one where they land halfway down hill!) at "The Quarry", Chula Vista short course race track.

Bro, one convincing argument would be, "This will keep me close to home" I won't have to go to the Local track, cause I have my own"
    LOL
