ok, I have to ask if these are any good? I did some searching and did not find much of anything on youtube review wise and tried to search the forum, probably did the search wrong so figured I would just ask. they are expensive, to say the least, but seem very cool. I also saw a referance to some at rc4wd. thoughts ??

My main interest is how well they perform for the cost. I know my erevo just digs into snow and high centers, I am guessing this type of "tire" will do the same thing once it goes through the top coat of snow?

    Thanks,
    VS

I don't think the RC4WD tracks would hold up or perform well with a Revo... Not even sure if they make an adapter for them. The Integy tracks look awesome, though. Check youtube and see if you can find anything.

ok, I will poke around some more and see if i can dig up anymore vids/info.... I was really hoping Medic had gotten his hands on a set and given them a legit test run. I guess what I am looking to see is if they will work out of snow, like you drop through the top crust and can dig back out, found a vid with 2 trucks roaming around on top of the top layer of snow, all slow and careful. my guess is that these are just not long enough to do what I would like to see them do, not to mention, they are nothing like a snow mobile track ... so I am probably asking for way too much.

I have a set of the smaller integy trax and they do good on sand ,,,,
I haven't found any snow in southern Arizona.

if It ever snows I am going to try rear dually wheels with skis' on the front.

as far as the trax go the small ones are ok,,,,,, but the larger e-revo ones are what you want.

I used Integy track, Castle Creation 2200Kv motor and Traxxas shocks. All the chassis and suspension components are my own design.
