Both very stuck in very thick mud.
Cut the toe part of a panty hose sock and put around the motor and clean it every time you go in the mud and stuff and that should save your motor, its completly worth it, I do maintnence once a month and my RCs are ***** and span
Aight I will do thanks
I would do 2 layers of it just to keep any of the smaller crud out
In my first picture my motor was locked ... no panty hose.
.in my second picture I had fixed the motor put panty hose on it, and it hasn't hiccuped since .
I take mine in the mud every time i play . and generally use WD40 or Pb blaster to lube the drive shaft and cv shaft universal joints . ( the marine grease is to sticky here .. all the grit will stick into the grease then everything gets crunchy)
also if u have any model car stuff laying around . u can use a small peice of clear parts tree to allow the little light on the receiver to be seen.
im in the same boat as far as recovery vehicles go .... i just tie mine to the bull dog
oh look somewhere to play

This is what I got today for mud....

finally got the jeep muddy last week
I finally got outside just in time for everything to start drying up. There will be more rain and mud, but I still wish there was more.
Here are some pics of the last time I got outside. I didn't get very much mud on my Wraith, but I was trying!
Even with the heavy camera cage (the silver box on top) I only rolled over once! Pretty good for a Wraith.
Since I couldn't find much mud I got technical and drove through the burn pile. There are a bunch of pallets from our steel supplier and boards from a recent addition to our shop.
Here's mine from today not much mud but I'm hoping for more
haven't seen many Mud Pics lately thought Id help the thread along with pics from yesterday

Here is mine. Only got one pic. Having too much fun to stop and take more.
I know my trucks not real muddy but this Oklahoma red dirt sticks to everything. My wife said it looks like I have donuts instead of tires. LOL
