Ok so i've really been wanting a Losi 5t, but i live in a very populated area, SoCal's Southbay area. And i was wondering if there are any exhausts that i can get to make the truck quieter. I don't know if they even make this, but it would be much appreciated if you guys had any ideas or companies i can look to. Thanks!

    Welcome to the Forums.

It is really hard to make a 2 stroke quiet.
Even with the quietest muffler you can find it will still be considered loud.

    Have you considered electric?

the stock can is pretty much as quite as you are going to get it. It's not really an in the city type of RC.

The samba is probably the best quiet pipe but it's still loud.

It still gives a decent boost of power but not as much as a bartalone pipe but they are very loud. When I used my samba with the stock 26cc engine it certainly increased the power of the engine by a good amount.

I think im just going to get a bartalone pipe ive been loking at for a while. I talked around and found a few places where noise isn't really a problem. Thanks for replying. :)

I'm actually thinking of going with a brushless conversion. I didn't know until the other day that they even had conversion kits. I was looking at the RC Madness BL5 Version 2 conversion kit on DDM. Looks pretty sweet and i can basically run at all my 10th scale spots. I'm just having trouble trying to find some steering servos that i want to use.
