Just a quick and dirty review at the airport of the Lowepro Quad Guard BP x3. This was my first time traveling with my drones on an airplane. In this video I quickly go over how I packed my drones and gear to ensure no issues going through airport security. The most important things to ensure are taping your battery leads, take LiPo's as carry on only, and ensure your props are removed. Security did have me power them up to ensure they were fully working units. As well keep in mind you should allow extra time when going through security as they will have you completely unpack all your gear and re-pack it after. I also called ahead to ensure the specific airliner I was traveling with didn't have any rules against traveling with drones. Bringing my soldering iron (ts100) wasn't an issue either. You can only bring one lighter for shrink tube on the plane with you. It is good practice also to storage charge your batteries to their nominal voltage. If you have any questions about this backpack or my gear just ask!
