I would like to know what you all think i should use for gearing. I have a merv with the m-vxl3 esc with a hobby star 2600kv 550 size brushless, steel cvds, rolling on 1/16 summit tires, on 2 - 7.2v nimh in series. This thing screams! I'm currently running 31 pinion and a 45 spur, and it still will not stay on all 4 wheels. Plus the the diffs are stripping out since i added the steel axles. Was thinking of using 55 spur with 31 pinion. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Leaving the spur at 45 or using the 55

Just ran my revo after installing the steel diffs i ordered and the 31p/55 spur made the motor and esc hotter than the 31p/ 45spur. So i changed the spur to 50 and will see how that works.
