Sounds like your in need of an external BEC.. Your Servo is taking more power than the Internal BEC of the ESC can handle..
mmm.... Pretty sure that ESC has a onboard 6v 5a switchmode BEC..

    The mystery deepens..

Is it the Savox SW-1210SG servo? If so it has a 4.8 Volt minimum and a 6 Volt maximum...

Do you have a 2.4 Rx/Tx or are you using a AM/FM radio? The reason I ask is because sometimes an Erronous Signal can cause similar issues. If you have a 2.4 then this wont be a problem.

The next question is are you running a winch? Light, or any other accessories? I generally recommend a BEC for any servo over 222 oz. and especially if your running accessories on top of that.

Savox Servos are Amp Hogs I know I run them on most of my rigs... I Personally like the CC BEC's because they will hold a constant 10 Amps and have a programmable Voltage... You can waterproof a BEC but before you do make sure the BEC and everything is working properly.
