    Hello all,
    Just getting into this stuff
I have a everest 10 that I have done some free mods to
    1) no tire foams
    2) moved the axle linkage to the outer most positions front and rear
    3) filed the steering stops down for a better turning radius (it will still get 4 wheel steering eventually)
I have found that it runs better without the body and body mounts (at least on the ROCKs)
did my first real day out climbing Sunday 4/22/18

I will be getting the after market chassis, aluminum skid plate, aluminum battery tray, aluminum shocks, 2.2 130mm tires and rims, basically if I can get it in aluminum I am going to upgrade it, and some kind of custom crawler body to top it off
Then I will start on the motor and electronic upgrades
new to this so learning still don't want to upgrade electronics till I am a little bit more educated but the chassis, suspension, and body I can do now

Hint of advice dont replace it till its broken..... U can dig a pretty big hole pretty fast with these rigs and some dont like the complete metal upgrades 1. Weight 2. Not all upgrades mesh well together and could end up causing more break downs start with basic chubs knuckles lock outs and some metal links and steering link and some decent shocks and trans gears other then that leave it till it breaks

+1 to insanity's reply. Aluminum sounds good, but getting nutty with it can be a bigger problem than expected. If you want an all metal truck, check out the Capo JK Max that Medic just finished building.

Yea its easy to spend $1500 on a rig that thing would be the better investment
