Ok so as you know I'm super new to this whole scale scene. I'm busting my cherry with this little 1/24 Losi Trail Trekker. I want to replace the body with something more unique, custom, and scale looking. Where do y'all get your bodies or how do you go about finding them?

Curious to know about all this scale stuff. :)

a body for a 1/24 scale truck, I would just go to wal-mart and take your truck with you, look at some 1/24 scale models and find a model with the same wheel base, width, height ect. that you like and find a way to cram it on your truck, it would be unique

rcjoe is right, that would be the best way i could think of to find a cool body, since 1/24th scale really isnt that popular

Or if you are really creative you could go to your LHS and buy yourself a 1/24th scale model kit and paint it to your specs and design and adapt it to the chassis.

I got my body from about a 6 pack a day, and virtually no exercise... I've customized it over the years, and finally ended up with a roundish blobby shape.

Alot of plastic model kits are 1/24th, just look online or at your lhs and see which one you like, As for wheelbase i bet you wont be too far out no matter which kit you buy, The difference between trucks in 1/24th will be very small
