SCX10 chassis with HPI Mud Thrashers.
Axial ae-3 esc, RC4WD 55T motor, steel driveshafts, aluminium suspension links, Traxxas waterproof servo. I have a Flysky GT3B radio set coming from ebay.
With an old Radio Shack "Enforcer" rc monster truck hardbody. Custom cut mud thrasher in the bed. I am working on cutting the rest of the tires while I wait for my new radio set.

If you download tapatalk and sign in through it you can send photos like a text message and no one will have to click on links. Like the truck btw. How did you get it to sit up so high. The scx10 is a fairly short truck eh?

I am running a set of super stiff shocks i got on eBay. This setup seems to run pretty good for trail running. I don't have any place near me to do any serious crawling. Runs pretty good over the log and rock pile i have been working on.

Have you thought about putting mud bashers from rc4wd on it instead?

I kinda prefer the wide tire monster truck look. I have a set of 2.2 Kyosho tires with a similar tread pattern that are much narrower.
