I wanna know what people think about the Axial Scx10 Deadbolt. I rarely see them in YouTube videos. An I'm new to Rc, but still I think the Deadbolt is under rated.

I'm with you, I love the way they look but don't seem to get a lot of love. I was almost tempted to just go buy it and see for myself. I haven't yet though.

It's more than great for the price. An great for starters. I really don't think anyone likes them though since I just noticed nobody has posted in the thread.

It's not licensed like the others. What do you guys think about this one coming out? I really want it. It looked like a good setup. Servo up in the chassis. An I think aluminum wheels. Good deal 400$

personally i'm not a big fan of the truggy look, but maybe someone will offer a full bed, like axial and the power wagon scx10, or even bedsides to give it the full body look. also not a fan of the bright yellow.

Change the Body on a SCX10 Deadbolt and you have a decent trail rig..
The body is ugly as sin..

Lol well I'm swapping bodies now, cutting out a Cherokee body, but with my snips is hard to maneuver. I got another exacto knife an blades.

I really like the truggy look. But some bedsides would make it even cooler. I'm not a fan of the trail finder bodies. That's the only truggy style I've seen beSides this Chevy.

SCX10 is a great trail truck in just about any form you get it in. Great platform for customization. And the Vaterra Ascender is also a great trail rig. It has the best steering on the market, with the SCX10 II a close second...

A buddy has a Deadbolt, and it is a pretty sweet rig. Can't say I am a fan of the orange body it came with, but he has a VW bug body on order for it lol.

Out of the box, the Deadbolt is slow. If you use brushless motor with a lipo battery, it rollovers easily. If you stay crawling with it, it should do its job well. I owned the jeep before. For this jeep, I will use 50T motor. Now, I have ax90045, it runs better than Deadbolt.
