For those of you wondering about Axial's customer service, from my experience with them I came away totally impressed. I've had problems with my receiver staying bound when I turn the truck off. I called them, told them my story, and they have a new receiver on the way. No questions asked. I even told them that I had plasti-dipped the esc and blah blah blah. They told that it would be no problem. I called them, so I don't know how their other forms of CS will be, but calling is great.
